MAGENTA SKY

Fifty years after 1985, in 2035, things are looking grim. The world is ruled by corrupt governments and mega-corporations, most of humanity is suffering in data-slavery, and the forthcoming singularity casts a dark shadow over everyday life. In this hopeless situation, Clark has no other choice: he joins a group of underground rebels to take up the fight against the oppressors and fight for his dreams.

Magenta Sky is the first part of the u_nvrz series, in which Clark must earn his place among the rebels by obtaining a secret source code. Help him complete his mission!

Controls

The game can be controlled with Kempston and Sinclair joysticks or a keyboard, according to the following layout:

O - left
P - right
Q - up/jump
A - down
M - speed up

Technical details

The game was developed for The Spectrum, but it can also be run on ZX Spectrum 48K, ZX Spectrum+, 128K, and later compatible models. It can be played on different platforms using an emulator: testing was performed on Fuse and Speccy applications.

The download package contains an intro video and its ZX Spectrum version (Magenta-Sky_The-Intro.tap), which requires an AY sound chip.
